Total Body Strength: This total body workout is a game changer. A mix of exercises for strength, cardio, and core. The focus is on form, and learning proper ways to do basic exercises.You will move better through life after you learn how to train SMART. You will crush calories while you fly through fun challenging moves!

Beach Body Insanity: High intensity interval training. The name says it all, it’s an insane workout. All body weight exercises; class is made up of intervals broken down into 4 groups, plyometric, strength, agility and coordination and finishes with core. Everything can be dialed up or dialed down, it’s truly for anyone. Don’t let the name scare you, let it inspire you!

Shea’s approach is to make exercise challenging, with an eye toward long-term improvement. Shea meets her students where they are, so they want to come back to work longer and harder next time. Her focus is on full body fitness, with an emphasis on safety and ongoing improvement. In a class setting, Shea manages to raise the group’s level, while at the same time pointing out individual adjustments tailor-made to each participant. Whether it’s remembering an injury that you’re nursing, or complementing physical therapy you’re undertaking, she is committed to you. It’s easy to take feedback and exercise tips when you know your trainer’s goal is rooted in what you want to achieve in your life, physically and mentally. Shea is the real deal!
